Moving the Wordpress Directory

I just decided to move the whole Wordpress site to my root domain

e.g.

http://dominicscaife.com

instead of

http://dominicscaife.com/cms

After my initial faux pas of changing the webhost domain directory before I’d changed the WordPress settings, leaving me unable to login.  I reversed the change on my webhost and next time did things in the right order:  i.e. changed the domain path in WordPress Administration Settings, before changing the domain hosting settings with my webhost.

Everything seemed to work ok except for the images in all articles are still looking at the old location.

Since there isn’t so many I just edited them manually in the WordPress editor.

I wonder if there is a better way? (I noticed the Miscellaneous Settings have some image paths to set which may be a solution?)
